Our Dance Angels set the stage for a exceptional weekend

City of Angels is a three-day West Coast Swing Dance event. We are expecting 600 dancers and guests to attend from all over the world including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Japan, Germany and beyond. City of Angels offers social dance party’s along with workshops, seminars, and shows, including social and choreographed dance competitions.

OUR GOALS:

1. Welcome and facilitate a fun, safe, and memorable experience for all attendees.
2. Provide smooth, friendly and effective event registration and check-in for attendees.
3. Protect and facility the well-being of staff, competitors, attendees, and judges.
4. Greet and assist attendees with any questions or concerns they may have about the event.
5. Observe dancers for event wristbands and tickets into and throughout the event.

ASSISTING AT COA

City of Angels has adopted a new and forward-thinking approach to volunteering.  The focus of the COA Assisting Team is to create a group of people who love the dance community, want to protect the integrity of the event, ensure everyone is taken care of and has an uplifting experience. This is created with gentle concepts out of the box, from wristband monitoring to a positive assisting experience and focusing on being a Master COA ambassadors.

COMMITMENT & DEPENDABILITY

COA is committed to creating a safe and fun environment that the Assistant Team is excited to be a part of. The COA Staff must trust the dependability of the Staff and Assistants Team members to bring the event to life. These two crucial elements are the glue keeping all of us functioning as one big loving dance family!

COA could not happen without all the support we get from Assisting Team members like you!
