Our Work Exchange program is your chance to be part of what makes this weekend happen.

You're staff, not an afterthought.
We're committed to treating our volunteers like real members of the team, not last-minute add-ins. You'll be included, supported, and appreciated. This event doesn't run without you, and we want you to feel that.

Earn your pass at $20 an hour.
Every hour you work is credited at $20 toward your event pass. Your time is valuable, and we want our exchange rate to reflect that.

Your schedule, your strengths.
Tell us what you enjoy doing, which days work for you, and how many hours you'd like. We'll do our best to build your shifts around you, not the other way around.

Work the event, and enjoy it too.
We want you on the dance floor, at the shows, and in the fun just as much as everyone else. Your shifts are planned so you never miss out on the weekend you came for.
